These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mariatogel ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the mariatogel website accessible at https://mariatogel.cam, including all associated services, games, features, promotions and content offered therein.

By accessing the mariatogel platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register and maintain an active account on mariatogel, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You do not currently hold an existing active or suspended account on the mariatogel platform. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You have not previously had an account permanently closed by the Company for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, contractor or close family member of a current employee of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

When registering an account on mariatogel, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any other individual to access your account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

You agree to notify the Company's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Company may temporarily suspend your account while investigating any reported security incident.

mariatogel accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via a range of locally supported payment channels including, but not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and Litecoin (LTC).

All funds deposited to your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The Company does not accept deposits from third-party sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• The Company does not charge fees on deposits, however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. The Company bears no responsibility for third-party fees.
• The Company reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account, particularly for larger or unusual deposit volumes.
• Chargebacks or reversals initiated by a Player without first contacting the Company's support team may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Players may request withdrawal of eligible real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed on the account.
• Any active bonus funds have satisfied their applicable wagering requirements.
• The requested withdrawal amount falls within the minimum and maximum limits applicable to the chosen payout method.
• The account is in good standing and is not subject to any active investigation, suspension or compliance review.
• The withdrawal is directed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name — the same name as the mariatogel account.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay are typically processed within five minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers generally complete within five to fifteen minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to sixty minutes. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed; delays may occur during peak periods, on public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

mariatogel offers various bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, birthday bonuses and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, per household and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will be treated as abuse and may result in forfeiture of all related funds.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, including retrospectively where evidence of bonus abuse is identified.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue discretionary bonuses to eligible accounts. Such bonuses remain subject to applicable terms.

All games and betting markets available on the mariatogel Platform are governed by applicable game rules, which are accessible within each game interface and within the Platform's help documentation. By participating in any game, wager or sporting bet, you accept the applicable rules for that product.

In respect of sports betting:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are the odds at which your bet is accepted. Odds may fluctuate prior to confirmation.
• The Company reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where an event result is uncertain, or where irregularities in bet placement patterns are identified.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's current in-play availability and connection requirements. Bets that are accepted after the outcome is determined will be voided.
• The Company's decisions on the settlement of sporting events, including the application of rules in edge cases, are final.

In respect of casino and slot games, all game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The Company does not interfere with RNG outputs and all game results are independently audited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mariatogel Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or a pseudonym.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker rooms or live dealer environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in a game's programming to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in coordinated or systematic exploitation of promotional offers (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy service or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Platform support staff or other players.

All content on the mariatogel Platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, software, game code, text, images, audio and video materials, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Frame, scrape or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or digital service.
• Use the mariatogel brand name, logo or trademarks without the prior written consent of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mariatogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes reasonable steps to maintain uptime and system stability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, payment processor outages, natural disasters, regulatory actions or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Player.
• Access from a Restricted Territory.
• A formal request from law enforcement, a regulatory authority, or a financial institution.
• Where maintaining the account would put the Company in breach of its legal or regulatory obligations.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting live support. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the Player following completion of applicable verification requirements, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the applicable licensing authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
